How to request tailor-made Malaysia tour packages

To request tailor-made Malaysia tour packages, email your travel dates, passenger count and a short brief. We will prepare and email a personalised quotation, usually within 48 working hours.

Package types we offer

Private tours, small-group tours, day tours, incentive and corporate programmes, MICE services, shore excursions, family packages and special-interest itineraries (nature, culture, soft-adventure, city highlights). Each package is adapted to your brief.

Airport transfers and meet-and-greet

We arrange meet-and-greet, private cars and coach transfers. Provide flight numbers and arrival times when you enquire.

Payments, invoices and vouchers

Payment instructions appear in the quotation. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Invoices and travel vouchers are emailed once payment is confirmed. Keep the voucher with you while travelling.

Group and MICE packages — enquiries and deposits

Email dates, passenger count, arrival/departure airports and any special requirements. Group quotes include hotel, transport and optional extras. Most group bookings require a deposit; specific terms appear in the quotation.

All our packages are tailor-made. We start from a suggested programme and adapt transport, timings, guides and meals to your needs.

How long until I get a quotation?

We aim to send a quotation within 48 working hours. Peak periods or complex itineraries may take a little longer.

How are group quotations managed?

Email dates, passenger count, airports and any special needs. We will prepare a group quote with options for hotels, transport and optional extras.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms depend on the supplier and product. Exact terms and deadlines are listed in your quotation.

How do refunds work?

Refunds follow supplier terms. We refund to the original payer after any supplier deductions. Processing time varies by payment method.

Can you handle special diets and allergies?

Yes. Tell us at booking and we will forward requests to suppliers. Some specialised diets require advance notice and may incur extra cost.

Do you provide visa assistance?

We provide visa advice and supporting documents where possible. Clients are responsible for securing visas and should check embassy requirements.

Yes. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation and personal belongings.
