Rates and Validity 

All rates quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are based on adult basis, with validity for the period stated. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control such as increase in transportation costs, admission fees, hotel rates, government tax, etc., WORLD EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to alter such applicable rates with or without prior notice.

Transfer Rates Include

• Meet and greet services
• Assistance for arrival/departure procedures by English speaking guide or uniformed representative (foreign speaking guides can be arranged at additional cost)
• Porterage fees for 2 pieces of baggage per person
• Vehicles: air conditioned limousines, combis and coaches.

All vehicles used by WORLD EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD are insured in accordance with local laws.

Private Tour Rates Include

• Admission fees and such meals as indicated in the itinerary
• Tour pick-up at hotel(s) and transfers
• Service of English speaking guide

Hotel Rates Include

• The standard service charge and government tax
• Breakfast whenever indicated
• All hotel accommodation featured in these packages are fully air-conditioned with attached bathroom facilities.

Child Rates

All rates published are based on adults. For children below 12 years of age, the child rate is 80% of the published rate and this is applicable to private tours and transfers. Rates for hotel accommodation are subject to the hotel’s tariff rates.

Payment

Current rate of exchange is USD1.00: RM4.00 (subject to change).
Full payment must be received 14 days prior to passenger arrival. Failure to comply with this condition may result in automatic cancellation of reservations and ground arrangements. Payments are to be made by Telegraphic Transfer to:

Cancellation

In the event that you wish to cancel any reservations, notice must be made in writing and depending on the period of notice given, WORLD EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD will impose an administration charge and this would be advised accordingly. In addition, hotels may levy one night no show charge for cancellations made less than 7 days prior, and such levies will have to be borne by you.

Passport and Visa

Please ensure that you or your passengers are in possession of a valid passport and visa. We will accept no responsibility and are not liable for any form of compensation if any passenger is refused entry by Immigration Authorities of Malaysia or of any other country for whatever reasons.

Insurance

All vehicles used by WORLD EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD are insured in accordance with local laws. All our tours conducted are covered with Group Personal Accident Insurance, and is underwritten by Chartis Malaysia insurance company.

Liability

WORLD EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD acts only as an agent for transportation companies, hotels and other contractors and therefore does not accept any responsibility for:
i. any act of omission or default, accident or irregularities that may be caused to person and/or property.
ii. any cancellation of journeys, delays, failure to provide seats, berth and facilities for carrying or storing luggage and/or failure to provide accommodation.
iii. WORLD EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD reserves the right without being liable for any loss or damage to change the itinerary with or without notice and at its sole discretion deem fit.

WORLD EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD also reserves the right without being liable for any loss or damage, to change the itinerary with or without notice and at its sole discretion if found to be in the best interest of all concerned.

Coverage and Acceptance

All quotations by WORLD EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated above irregardless of whether they are included in the quotations or otherwise. WORLD EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to amend any of the conditions from time to time at its discretion.
